Karl was great! The service was efficient, the staff was incredibly friendly, and Karl answered all of my questions along the way. I also really appreciated Gavin’s help with getting me checked in quickly and efficiently. I had previously visited another Firestone location in town and was less than impressed with the service, so I’m glad I gave the James Island location a try. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on!

We were on vacation in need of immediate repair. Karl and the team took us in fixed our issue and got us on our way in less time than we could have ever asked. A plus 5 star service. I had an excellent experience at the Firestone location on Folly Road in Charleston. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Mr. karl, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything regarding the alignment service on my Infiniti and made sure the job was done correctly. It’s not often that you find a service advisor who is both highly competent and truly cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend this Firestone branch to anyone looking for honest, professional, and friendly automotive service. Karl is the man, he took excellent service of me and the car. First time in ages I’ve been to a tire shop and had someone who gave me a great experience. Highly recommend this place.
